With that being said, they will likely look to fill holes in weaker areas of the roster. One area where Edmonton needs to build up is their right wing depth. While PA Parenteau is a veteran, the pending UFA can still put up solid numbers and bring a lot to the team.
At 34, Parenteau still shows great scoring potential and consistency. Parenteau played 59 games for the Devils this season, scoring 13 goals and 27 points before being traded to Nashville. Prior to joining the team, he sat out six games with a finger injury but didn’t impress when he returned.
