When the Edmonton Oilers slipped to fourth at the NHL Draft Lottery it was, on one hand, a little hard to swallow. But with the good luck of Connor McDavid the previous season, who was really going to complain? Not me. Yet, if there was a player who, if anything, we thought might climb from his consensus third-overall spot, it was Puljujarvi.
