For the Edmonton Oilers, training camp is right around the corner. As for Darnell Nurse, he’s still a restricted free agent for the team. Both sides have been hedging their bets for months of what type of contract is mutually beneficial for both parties.
The Oilers have done an excellent job this past offseason in upgrading their roster with the limited cap space they have. Next year is crucial for this team to get back to the playoffs, or else a significant overhaul is needed for this organization.
