Things changed when the Edmonton Oilers shipped Taylor Hall out of town, and many were wondering if the move was part of a deeper issue. With Oscar Klefbom’s comments made this past week, which were overall summed up as a translation issue.
Klefbom’s first comments translated as saying that Taylor Hall never played his best against the tougher teams. However, he later said that it was translated incorrectly, and he was truly commenting on how the entire team failed to bring their best against the harder NHL teams.
However, former goaltender Ben Scrivens had something to add to Klefbom’s alleged comments, and ended up agreeing with the statements – in their original form.
