The Edmonton Oilers traded for Adam Larsson in the final days of June, shipping out star winger Taylor Hall in order to acquire the Swedish defenseman. Monday, Larsson officially joined the Oilers, meeting with teammates, management and fans in Edmonton, participating in the annual Oil Country Championship golf tourney.
Larsson had a lot to say about Edmonton, and seems to be more than ready to take the next step in his career with the Oilers.
“I’m really excited,” Larsson told the media. “I think I can take an even bigger step this year with more offense.
