Today is a lazy Saturday for us here at Oil on Whyte. The Edmonton Oilers are playing the Minnesota Wild tonight in Saskatoon, and before we have a preview of tonight’s matchup, we want to talk about Nail Yakupov.
Why do we want to talk about Yak? Because this is a season where he can really start to turn around his game, and we think that he is doing just that. The young right wing player might be making a switch to the left wing, and he currently sits on a line with Lander and Draisaitl. What a line that is; we love it, and we can’t get enough of seeing these three together.
