BUIES CREEK, N.C. (EMUEagles.com) – The Eastern Michigan University wrestling team split a pair of duals at Campbell University Sunday afternoon, Nov. 5. The Eagles (2-1) won a neutral site battle with American University, 22-16, while dropping the bout with the host Fighting Camels, 24-10.

Against the American Eagles, EMU was bested in the first four matches to fall in a 13-0 hole early, but the Green and White stormed back, winning five of the last six, including two huge pins from redshirt sophomore Zac Carson (Akron, Ohio-Lake) and redshirt freshman Andrew McNally (Uniontown, Ohio-Lake), which ended up being the difference in the match.
