Women's Track and Field Quartet Shines at Wolverine Invitational

ANN ARBOR, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) - The Eastern Michigan University women's track and field team competed in the Wolverine Invitational, Saturday, Jan. 12, at the U-M Indoor Track located on the University of Michigan campus in Ann Arbor, Mich. The Eagles saw top-two finishes from four student-athletes, while 11 marked career-best efforts at the event.

"I thought that our results were mixed today", noted Head Coach Sue Parks. "We had some good performances here and there but some areas were disappointing. The early meets tend to be like this, but we know that we need to get better across the board and that will be our goal moving forward.
