YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) — The Eastern Michigan University women's swimming and diving team welcomes 2018 with back-to-back duals this weekend, Jan. 19-20. The Eagles will host Mid-American Conference foes Ball State University Friday, Jan. 17, before driving down I-94 to battle in-state rival Wayne State University Saturday, Jan. 18. EMU, not having lost a MAC dual since the 2014-15 season, is looking for its 12th consecutive MAC dual win against BSU.
The Green and White open the 2018 portion of its schedule after an outstanding performance at the EMU Invitational Dec. 1-2. The Eagles ran away with the two-day meet, posting a final score of 1,300.
