YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) - The regular season comes to a close as Eastern Michigan University's women's basketball team plays host to Ball State University Saturday, March 3, in a Mid-American West Division clash. The Senior Day tilt is scheduled for 2 p.m. inside the Convocation Center.
Eastern has fallen on tough times as of late, losing nine of its last 10 contests, including a 74-66 setback at Western Michigan, Feb. 28. EMU's record now sits at 10-18 overall and 6-11 in conference play. Ball State has clinched the No. 3 seed in the upcoming MAC Tournament, with a 12-5 league record and 23-5 overall mark.
