YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) – The Eastern Michigan University women's cross country team begins its postseason Saturday, Oct. 28, as it competes in the 2017 Mid-American Conference Championship race in Oxford, Ohio. The No. 25-ranked Eagles are in search of the program's third conference championship in as many years.
After winning their first-ever MAC Championship in 2015, the Eagles followed up the program's best performance in the event by putting together an even better outting in last year's race. The Green and White saw four student-athletes place within the top-10, as well as two other harriers place in the top-15 en route to its second conference title in program history.
