YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) – After enjoying the midweek away from the court, the Eastern Michigan University women's basketball team returns to the floor Saturday, Feb. 4, to battle in-state rival Central Michigan University. Tipoff from the Convocation Center is scheduled for 2 p.m.
The Eagles are 6-15 (1-8 MAC) following an 80-62 setback at the University of Akron, Jan. 28. The Chippewas are 15-6 (7-2 MAC) after snapping a two-game losing skid by knocking off MAC East Division leader Ohio University at home, 64-59, Feb. 1.
The game will be televised on ESPN3 as part of the campus connection initiative.
