YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) -- The wait is over, college basketball is back! The Eastern Michigan University women's team will get its 2021-22 season under way Tuesday, Nov. 9 when it hosts Youngstown State University inside the Convocation Center. Tipoff is slated for 12 p.m.

SEASON OPENERS: In 45 seasons, the Green and White have compiled a 31-14 record in season openers. In fact, the Eagles have won nine of their last 10 lid lifters, including eight in-a-row between 2008-09 and 2018-19.
