CLEVELAND, Ohio (EMUEagles.com) – The Mid-American Conference announced its weekly award winners for lacrosse with Eastern Michigan University freshman Katheryn Wilson being named the MAC Offensive Player of the Week for March 25. Wilson set career highs in points (eight), goals (six), and assists (two) to lead the Eagles to a 19-6 home win over Youngstown State University, March 23, at Scicluna Field in Ypsilanti.
Wilson (Dacula, Ga./Mill Creek) led the Eagles on a historic day as she improved her career-high goals total from four to six while posting her fourth hat trick of the season and doubling her previous career high for points from four to eight as she added a pair of assists.
