CLEVELAND, Ohio (EMUEagles.com) – Eastern Michigan University volleyball senior Franki Strefling (Niles, Mich.-Buchanan) received All Mid-American Conference honors, the league office announced today, March 31. Strefling collected First Team All-MAC accolades, which was the first of her career.
This is the third-straight season Eastern Michigan has landed a volleyball student-athlete on the first team with Strefling being the 19th EMU player to receive the award.
This season, Strefling ranked second in the conference in both points per set (4.44) and kills per set (4.09). The senior's 315 total kills led the Green and White and finished third in the league.
