(EMUEagles.com) – The Eastern Michigan University volleyball team hosted Bowling Green State University in Mid-American Conference cross-divisional action Friday night, Oct. 14, at the Convocation Center. Hitting woes plagued the Eagles (7-13, 2-5 MAC) as they were swept by the Falcons (14-6, 4-3 MAC).
Sophomore Alyssa LaFace (Allen Park, Mich.-Allen Park) handled the libero duties, recording a team-high 11 digs, while redshirt sophomore Mallory Rajewski (Midland, Mich.-Midland) added eight. On attack, sophomore Jordan Smith (Solon, Iowa-Solon) led the team with seven kills.
