YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) – The Eastern Michigan University men's and women's outdoor track and field teams competed at three different meets in California this weekend. The Eagles traveled to the Mt. SAC Relays at Mt. San Antonio College in Walnut, the Bryan Clay Invitational at Azusa Pacific University in Azusa, and the Beach Invitational at Long Beach State University.
HOW IT HAPPENED
The Eagles posted 10 top ten finishes and eight personal bests at the Mt. SAC Relays, led by Eddie Zuercher's (Rocky River, Ohio-Rocky River) third place finish in the 3,000 meter steeplechase with a personal best time of 9:01.
