YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) – The Eastern Michigan University softball team's bats were alive and well against the University of Toledo, powering the Eagles to split against the current Mid-American Conference West-Division leaders, Wednesday, April 11, at Varsity Field. The Eagles (7-29, 3-9 MAC) used three home runs to top UT (26-14, 10-2 MAC), 10-9, in the first game before dropping, 12-6, in the nightcap.
