YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) – The Eastern Michigan University tennis team went undefeated in doubleheader action Friday, April 1. The Eagles handed Ball State University its first loss in Mid-American Conference play, besting the Cardinals 4-3. In the evening, the Green and White bested Wayne State with a score of 4-3.
"This was a tremendous effort against a great opponent," said Jayson Wiseman. "Even though we dropped the doubles point again, we did an amazing job of keeping focused and rallying back to take the match. We showed a ton of mental toughness getting three-set wins at both #1 and #3.
