VESTAL, N.Y. (EMUEagles.com) – The Eastern Michigan University tennis team took to the court for the first of nine non-conference spring break matches as it faced off with Binghamton University today, Feb. 20, at the Binghamton Tennis Center. Although the Eagles battled in every match, they ultimately fell, 4-3, to the Bearcats.
EMU claimed two wins on the singles side of the action, as senior Marie Mayerova (Kremlin, Czech Republic) and freshman Emma-Lou Pommiers (Aire Sur I'adour, France-Saint Dominique Pau) each defeated their Empire State counterparts.
