TOLEDO, Ohio (EMUEagles.com)- The Eastern Michigan University swimming and diving team earned its 14th consecutive Mid-American Conference dual meet win, with a 156-112 victory over the University of Toledo Rockets, Friday, Oct. 26. EMU's conference dual meet win streak dates back to the 2014-15 season.
The Green and White posted 11 event wins, with six coming on season-best times or scores. Sophomore Meike Staffeldt (Niedersachsen, Germany) and junior Sophia Tsafantakis (Washington, Mich.-Romeo) each recorded their first event win of the year behind season-best performances in their events.
