AKRON, Ohio & BUFFALO, N.Y. (EMUEagles.com) - Eastern Michigan University's soccer team hits the road for the second weekend of Mid-American Conference play Friday-Sunday, Sept. 28-30. EMU (6-5-0, 1-1-0 MAC) gets week two of league action underway with a 7 p.m. bout at the University of Akron Friday, Sept. 28, before a 12 p.m. tilt against the University at Buffalo Sunday, Sept. 30.
Like their opponents, the Eagles hold a 1-1 MAC mark. EMU blanked Kent State, 2-0, before falling short against Ohio, 2-1. Meanwhile, Akron and Buffalo split matches against Northern Illinois and Western Michigan over the weekend.
