YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) – Although its season was cut short at the hands of the global COVID-19 pandemic, the Eastern Michigan University baseball team is proud to celebrate the accomplishments of its senior class.
The 2020 class is made up of four Eagles and includes Devin Hager (Commerce Twp., Mich.-Walled Lake Northern), Caleb Hester (Coloma, Mich.-Coloma), Nick Porretto (Geneva, Illinois-Geneva (McHenry)), and Brett Stenger (Kingsville, Ontario-Kingsville District (Indian Hills)).
Together the group notched better-than 80 wins, and highlighted their time in the Green and White with a trip to the Mid-American Conference Tournament's championship game in 2017, one year after earning a semifinal bid in the event.
