PENNSAUKEN TWP., N.J. (EMUEagles.com) — The Eastern Michigan University rowing team returns to action at the Cooper Invitational Sunday, April 8, on the Cooper River in Pennsauken Twp., N.J. The regatta will provide the Eagles with experience on the same river in which they will compete for a Colonial Athletic Association Championship next month.
EMU will race alongside boats from the CAA, Patriot League, and Mid-Atlantic Athletic Conference in the inaugural event.
Returning to the water for the first time since scrimmaging the University of Alabama in late February, the Eagles look to build upon its spring training trip.
