PENNSAUKEN, N.J. (EMUEagles.com) - The Eastern Michigan University women's rowing team matched its best finish in program history at the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) Championships Sunday, May 19, on the Cooper River in Pennsauken, N.J. The Eagles totaled 19 points with a second-place effort in the Second Varsity Eight, a third-place mark in the First Varsity Eight, and a fourth-place performance in the Varsity Four race.
Northeastern University took home its sixth-consecutive CAA title with 26 points followed by Drexel University (24 points), EMU (19 points), Villanova University (15 points), and the University of Delaware (nine points).
