CLEVELAND, Ohio (EMUEagles.com) – The Eastern Michigan University gymnastics team's junior Jada Rondeau (Savage, Minn.-Central) and sophomore Caitlin Satler (Orland Park, Ill.-Carl Sandburg) earned All-Mid-American Conference Second Team honors for the shortened 2020 season, the league office announced Monday, April 13.
This marks the second consecutive year that EMU has nabbed two postseason honors with Cortney Bezold (Maineville, Ohio-Bishop Fenwick) and Emili Dobronics (Orland Park, Ill.-Carl Sandburg) earning first and second team honors, respectively, in 2019.
This is the first year Rondeau has earned a postseason accolade, having closed out the year third in all-around and fourth on bars in the conference.
