NOTRE DAME, Ind. (EMUEagles.com) – The Eastern Michigan University women's track and field team concluded its stint at the prestigious Meyo Invitational, Saturday, Feb. 2, inside the Loftus Sports Center on the campus of the University of Notre Dame. Sophomore Michaela Nelms (Rocky Mount, N.C.-Nash Central) recorded two efforts that put her name in the Eastern Michigan record books, running the fourth-fastest 400m time by an athlete in the Green and White and anchoring the Eagles' 4x400 Relay that recorded the eighth-fastest effort in program history.

Nelms' 400m time of 54.
