Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo had to be helped off the court with an apparent leg injury in the third quarter of Tuesday night's Game 4 of the Eastern Conference finals.
The injury occurred with the Bucks trailing 62-52 and 7:14 remaining in the quarter. Antetokounmpo's brother, Thanasis, was among those who helped him off the floor.
Giannis was able to walk back to the locker room on his own but had a noticeable limp. He later returned to the Bucks bench.
