Junior Bryce McBride (Jackson, Tenn.-Southside (Dyersburg State C.C.)) led all scorers with 20 points off the bench. Senior Nate Scott (Naperville, Ill.-NeuQua Valley (Northern Illinois)) added nine points while freshman Colin Golson Jr. (Detroit, Mich.-Ferndale (Siena)) helped out with six points.
Eastern Michigan grabbed 32 rebounds in Tuesday's game compared to Kent State's 31, led by Freshman Mo Njie's (Centerville, Ohio-Centerville) game-high six boards.
