KANSAS CITY, Mo. (EMUEagles.com) – Eastern Michigan University redshirt junior Sabrina McNeill (Whitby, Ontario-Henry Street) was named to the All-Midwest Region Third Team by the United Soccer Coaches, the organization announced, Dec. 2.
After becoming the first Eagle to win All-Region honors since 2013 a season ago, McNeill becomes just the second player in EMU Soccer history to earn All-Region honors in back-to-back seasons, following Tracy Deeter in 1999 and 2000.
Starting all 22 matches for Eastern Michigan, the Whitby, Ont. native tallied seven goals and one assist for 15 points in 1,710 minutes of play.
