CLEVELAND, Ohio (EMUEagles.com) - Eastern Michigan University soccer forward Sabrina McNeill (Whitby, Ontario-Henry Street) has been named the Mid-American Conference West Offense Player of the Week, the conference office announced today, March 17.
The Player of the Week honor is the second of the redshirt senior's career, after winning Offensive Player of the Week, Nov. 3, 2019.
Notching her first points of the 2021 season, McNeill led the way for Eastern in its 3-0 victory over Northern Illinois, March 14. McNeill scored the game-winner in the 13th minute, connecting on a pass right outside the six-yard box to put the Eagles up, 1-0.
