(EMUEagles.com) – The Eastern Michigan University lacrosse team is set to play its first home Mid-American Conference contest when it faces in-state rival Central Michigan University Wednesday, April 5 after competing in its inaugural MAC game with the University of Detroit Mercy on the road, April 1. The Eagles (1-8, 0-1 MAC), coming off a tough, 17-7 road loss at Detroit Mercy, will look to secure their first conference win in program history while the Chippewas (3-6, 1-0 MAC), the defending MAC champions, will be looking to gain momentum off their 13-8 home victory over Detroit Mercy, March 29.
