CLEVELAND, Ohio (EMUEagles.com) – The Mid-American Conference announced its 2025 MAC Preseason Coaches Poll, Feb. 5, with the Eastern Michigan University lacrosse team voted to finish third in league play. The Eagles, who placed third one year ago, were also one of three teams to earn first-place votes as well as votes to win the conference tournament.
Reigning tournament champion Robert Morris University earned the top spot with 34 points and four first-place votes while Central Michigan University, the 2024 MAC regular season champion, was second with 31 points and two first-place votes. The Eagles tallied 26 points and one first-place vote for third while Kent State University was voted fourth with 18 points.
