DETROIT, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) – The Eastern Michigan University lacrosse team fell in its inaugural Mid-American Conference game Saturday, April 1, as the University of Detroit Mercy used an eight-goal fourth quarter to take a 17-7 victory at Titan Field. The Eagles (1-8, 0-1 MAC) received three goals from Mackenzie Blackwell (North Beach, Md.-Northern) – her third hat trick of the year – and a pair from Edie Prager (Lake Oswego, Ore.-Lake Oswego) in the loss while the Titans (2-6, 1-1 MAC) saw five players score at least two goals on the day.
