NORMAN, Okla. (EMUEagles.com) — Eastern Michigan University senior Cam Kellett (London, Ontario/Saint Thomas Aquinas/Nevada) was named a Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA) All-America Scholar, the organization announced today, Aug. 9.
All told, 546 NCAA Division I athletes from 193 schools earned 2022-23 GCAA All-America Scholar honors.
Kellett was selected Second Team All-MAC in 2023 by the league's head coaches after leading the Eagles' scoring efforts throughout the season with a 73.79 stroke average. His 18-hole average is tied for 27th-best in program history.
The London, Ontario, native tied for fifth at the MAC Championship, April 30-May 2, with an even-par 216 (73-71-72).
