NASHPORT, Ohio (EMUEagles.com) – The Eastern Michigan University men's golf team competed in the Virtues Intercollegiate and finished third in the team standings in the rain-shortened event played Saturday-Sunday, Sept. 28-29, at The Virtues Golf Club in Nashport, Ohio. The Eagles sat in fifth place after the first round before moving up to third at 575 (284-291) to shoot 2-under.
The soggy event saw all teams finish the first round Saturday and start their second round of play with darkness and rain halting action late Saturday.
