YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) - The Eastern Michigan University football team partnered with Habitat for Humanity of Huron Valley in an effort to give back and build homes in the Ypsilanti community. A total of eight groups of student-athletes worked four hour shifts at four work sites from May 15-18.
Over the past four days the Eagles worked tirelessly together in a variety of construction efforts to build these homes for their community. With day one consisting of demolition duties, the Eagles followed the next few days painting and installing insulation, siding, and landscaping.
