YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) - The Eastern Michigan University baseball team's series against Western Michigan University has been relocated to Nick Denes Field in Bowling Green, Ky., on the campus of Western Kentucky University, it was announced on Thursday, March 16.
The Eagles and Broncos had been scheduled to begin a three-game set on Friday afternoon at Robert J. Bobb Stadium at Hyames Field, but the two programs agreed to relocate the series due to the weather forecast in Kalamazoo for this weekend. EMU and WMU are now set to play a doubleheader on Saturday beginning at 1 pm, with the series finale slated for 1 pm on Sunday.
