YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) - With the non-conference portion of the schedule complete, the Eastern Michigan University women's basketball team turns its attention to Mid-American Conference play as EMU hosts Kent State University in its MAC opener Saturday, Dec. 30. Tipoff is set for 2 p.m. inside the Convocation Center.
EMU (4-7) is looking for its third straight victory after overpowering Longwood, 73-44, Dec. 20. Meanwhile, KSU (7-5) enters conference play two games above .500, having most recently stymied Robert Morris, 46-31, Dec. 19.
The game will be broadcast on ESPN3 with Greg Steiner calling the action on the court and Kyler Ludlow adding analysis.
