YPSILANTI, Mich. (emueagles.com) - The Eastern Michigan University volleyball team fell to the Northern Illinois University Huskies in a match decided by four sets inside the George Gervin GameAbove Center, Friday, Nov. 11.
The loss dropped Eastern Michigan's record to 5-23 overall and 4-12 in MAC action.
The Eagles were led by a double-double from graduate student Callie Minshew (Brandon, Mississippi-Brandon High-Mississippi State) who registered 15 kills and 12 digs on the day. Senior Krista Blakely (Detroit, Mich.- University High School Academy) also added 13 kills to help the attack.
