AKRON, Ohio (EMUEagles.com) – The Eastern Michigan University football team begins play in the phenomenon known as "MACtion" when it travels to Akron, Ohio for a midweek showdown against the University of Akron Tuesday, Nov. 12. The Mid-American Conference cross-divisional affair is set to kickoff at 8 p.m. from InfoCision Stadium.
The Eagles (4-5, 1-4 MAC) look to get back on track after falling at home to the University at Buffalo, 43-14, Nov. 2. Meanwhile, the Zips (0-9, 0-5 MAC) are still looking for their first victory in 2019, most recently having been dispatched by Bowling Green State University, 35-6, Nov.
