YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) -- The Eastern Michigan University men's and women's basketball teams will play host to the first round of the 2016 Mid-American Conference Tournament Presented by VisitMyrtleBeach.com Monday, March 7, inside the Convocation Center.
EMU women's basketball will take on a yet to be determined opponent in the first round of the tournament. Tipoff is slated for 5 p.m. Eastern, which wraps up the regular season Saturday, March 5, at Central Michigan University, will be either the fifth or sixth seed depending on the game's outcome.
