YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) – Eastern Michigan University student-athletes had another strong semester in the classroom, finishing with the fourth-highest term GPA in school history at a 3.201. Overall, it was the 20th semester in-a-row EMU student-athletes earned over a 3.0 GPA, the EMU Student-Athlete Support Services office announced today, Jan. 16.
Additionally, the cumulative GPA for all student-athletes was the department's fifth best tally at 3.258.
"These outstanding results in the classroom are a testament to the hard work put in by our student-athletes and our academic support staff," said EMU Vice President/Director of Athletics Scott Wetherbee.
