KENT, Ohio (EMUEagles.com) – The Eastern Michigan University football team is set to open Mid-American Conference play this week as the Eagles will travel to Dix Stadium in Kent, Ohio, to take on the Golden Flashes of Kent State University, Saturday, Sept. 28, at 3:30 p.m. The Eagles (3-1) are coming off a 36-0 home blanking of St. Francis University while the Golden Flashes (0-4) recently fell at No. 10 Penn State, 56-0.
