PENNSAUKEN, N.J. (EMUEagles.com) - After a successful 2019 regular season, the Eastern Michigan University women's rowing team readies for its chance at a conference title at the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) Championships Sunday, May 19. The championship regatta returns to the Cooper River in Pennsauken, N.J. for the third straight season.
The Eagles will compete against boats from the University of Delaware, Drexel University, Villanova University, and defending CAA champions Northeastern University. The reigning champions enter as the top seed in the Second and Third Varsity Eight competitions, while Drexel holds the top seed in the Varsity Eight and Varsity Four races.
