CARMEL, Ind. (EMUEagles.com) – The Eastern Michigan University women's golf team posted a dominant performance en route to a first place finish Sunday, April 17, at the Lady Jaguar Invitational on the par 72, 5,921-yard Plum Creek Golf Club course. EMU carded a four-player score of 585 (292-293) to top its next closest competitor by 16 strokes, IUPUI (301-300=600). The 36-hole mark of 585 tied the school record previously set at the Low Country Invitational, March 2-3, 2020.
The team championship is the third of the 2021-21 campaign for the Eagles after winning the Golden Grizzly Invitational, Sept.
