CLEVELAND, Ohio (EMUEagles.com) — The Eastern Michigan University men's and women's basketball programs will open the 2024-25 season against Texas State University in the first leg of the Mid American Conference-Sun Belt Conference Challenge, as announced Thursday, June 27.
The Eastern men, under fourth-year Head Coach Stan Heath, will start the season in San Marcos, Texas, while the Eastern women, under first-year Head Coach Sahar Nusseibeh, will host the Bobcats. Both teams will be playing Texas State for the first time in program history as the Eagle men will make their first trip to the Lone Star State since traveling to TCU, Nov.
