YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) — The Eastern Michigan University football team received one point in this week's Amway Coaches Poll after its 4-1 start to the 2016 season. The Eagles are one of 25 teams outside the top 25 that are receiving votes. The poll is made up of 64 Football Bowl Subdivision head coaches from around the country and all are members of the American Football Coaches Association.
The Eagles are off to their best start in 21 seasons at 4-1 following a 28-25 victory on the road at Bowling Green, Oct.
