COLUMBUS, Ohio (EMUEagles.com) – The Eastern Michigan University gymnastics team closed out its 2018 campaign at the NCAA Regional Championships Saturday, April 7, in Columbus, Ohio. There, sophomore Emili Dobronics (Orland Park, Ill.-Carl Sandburg) competed in the all-around, while senior Kendall Valentin (Holmdel, N.J.-Holmdel) participated on beam.
After sitting out of the first rotation on a bye, Dobronics got her day started on floor. There, she notched a 9.8, which serves as the ninth time this season she has recorded a 9.8-or-better on the event. The third rotation saw the Orland Park, Ill.
