YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) – It was another strong semester in the classroom for Eastern Michigan University student-athletes, as they combined to record a 3.150 grade point average (GPA) during the Fall of 2017, representing the eighth-highest mark in school history. Additionally, the cumulative GPA for all student-athletes was the department's fifth-best tally at 3.245.
This is the 16th term in a row EMU student-athletes have earned over a 3.0 GPA, the EMU Student-Athlete Support Services office announced today, Jan. 17.
"I'm incredibly proud of the academic performance of our student-athletes," said Vice President/Director of Athletics Scott Wetherbee.
